Shipping Coverage
Omzelix LLC currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging and seals fully intact. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team. Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
